| National Brotherhood of Skiers(website) |
The National Brotherhood of Skiers (NBS) is a phenomenal group. While their main goal is to increase mountain sports participation among minorities and raise up olympic athletes, they are also a social network. This organization has groups in the U.S., Canada, and London. Annually, these groups participate in the NBS Summit or Mini Summit at a top-rated resort. Throughout the year regional groups ski/ride, tour, hike, bike, camp, raft, & party, among other activities. Some groups provide ski/snowboarding lessons to new riders at a fraction of resort costs. They may also coach a racing team that is open to all members to compete against their skill level. Check out a chapter nearest your location today. | |
